About Us
‘All About Dogs’ is a professional Dog Training Service run by Mike O’Brien in Galway City.
Mike began his involvement in dog training in 1985 with the German Shepherd Working Dog Association (GSA) and went on to compete successfully in the world championships in 2004.

Mike is a founder of the Galway Dog Training Club and is still active in his role as Training Director. Mike has trained and competed in all dog sports, titling dogs in working trials, agility and obedience. In addition to training dogs or sport, Mike has trained dogs for roles in TV and Film and is currently working with the City Council in the training of the community wardens and dog warden in the safe handling of dogs.
Mike is a proud breeder and trainer of Lizmik Dingo (Reno) which we believe to be the most qualified dog in Ireland. We breed occasionally and only use the best quality males and females with excellent hips and temperaments in our breeding programme.
